SECTION 6 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and our commitment to product quality and hygiene, Madibu Swim operates under an exchange-only policy for eligible merchandise.
We accept eligible exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
Merchandise must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Original tags and hygienic liners must remain attached and intact.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, damage, and other signs of wear.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability.
To request an exchange, customers must email info@madibuswim.com within 14 days of receiving their order.
Customers must receive authorization and return instructions before sending merchandise back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Madibu Swim does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preference.
Sale, discounted, and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for standard exchanges.

SECTION 7 — CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Madibu Swim products may be handmade, customized, or produced specifically for an individual customer.
Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be communicated through the applicable product description, order confirmation, or direct correspondence.
Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be modified or canceled unless otherwise agreed by Madibu Swim or required by law.
Because these products are created to individual specifications, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for standard exchanges or refunds.
Minor variations in handmade construction, placement, or appearance may occur.
These terms do not exclude applicable remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products.
SECTION 8 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

We cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests can be accommodated once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment.
