Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer returns for refunds. All eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags and hygienic liners must remain attached and intact.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or any signs of wear.

Madibu Swim reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@madibuswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size or style you would like instead.

Once your exchange request has been approved, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Madibu Swim is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@madibuswim.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Madibu Swim does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preference. We are happy to assist with eligible exchanges within our 14-day exchange window.
