♡ Social Media Internship ♡ 

We’re looking for 2–3 creative and motivated Social Media Interns to join our team!

This is a remote, unpaid 30-day internship with the opportunity to transition into a 90-day paid, part-time role (approx. 5 hours per week) based on performance♡

 Location: Remote or based in Hawaii / Florida (preferred)
Commitment: Part-time & super flexible
 Potential to extend into a part-time role!

 

♡  About the Role

Join Madibu, a swim brand, as our next Social Media Intern! 

From styling TikToks to curating dreamy Pinterest boards and collaborating with influencers—you’ll get hands-on experience in digital content creation, social strategy, and community-building.

Our team is small, creative, and collaborative — and we’re looking for interns who love to be hands-on, think outside the box, and help grow our online presence through fresh, authentic content.

 

 

♡  What You’ll Do

  • Co-create and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Facebook

  • Prepare creative briefs for upcoming shoots or digital content

  • Conduct trend + competitor research in fashion + digital media

  • Create weekly fashion + social trend reports

  • Manage social media scheduling + posting

  • Film & post 3–4 TikToks per week

  • Regularly update Pinterest with trending or approved content

  • Create content from product shipments (unboxings, styling videos, UGC-style posts, etc.)

  • Maintain a shared album of content you’ve created

  • Identify aligned influencers for collabs + assist with PR outreach

  • Help design email campaigns in Canva

  • Attend weekly check-in meetings (once per week)


♡  You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related)

  • Passionate about fashion + social media

  • Proactive, organized, and trend-savvy

  • A self-starter who balances creativity with structure

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, Canva, Videoleap, etc.
