We’re looking for 1-2 passionate creative writers to help bring Madibu Swim to life through storytelling, blogs, and brand exposure.

This is a remote, unpaid 30-day internship with the opportunity to transition into a 90-day paid, part-time role (approx. 5 hours per week) based on performance.

 Location: Remote / based in the USA

 Commitment: Part-time & super flexible

Potential: Opportunity to extend into a part-time paid position

 

♡ About the Role

As a Blog + PR Intern, you’ll help shape Madibu’s voice and presence online and in the media. You’ll write creative blog posts, support public relations efforts, and pitch to stylists and magazines to get Madibu noticed on a larger scale.

You will:

  • Write and edit blogs, press releases, newsletters, and creative brand stories aligned with our current collections and themes.

  • Assist with stylist outreach, building contact lists and sending personalized pitches.

  • Help pitch Madibu Swim to editors, stylists, and fashion publications for features and collaborations.

  • Support the creation of press kits, lookbooks, and brand decks.

  • Research fashion media outlets and upcoming editorial opportunities.

  • Communicate progress through weekly updates and virtual meetings.

  • Collaborate with the social media team to create cohesive storytelling across platforms.

 

♡ Requirements

  • Undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate in Journalism, Communications, PR, or Creative Writing.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling.

  • A self-starter who can manage projects independently.

  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, or Drive.

  • Available for a 30-day remote internship, with the option to extend for a 90-day part-time position.
