Brand Partnerships & Wholesale Outreach Intern coming early 2026 with MADIBU

This position focuses on building relationships that expand Madibu’s reach — from boutique buyers and stylists to magazine editors and retail partners.

About the Role

You’ll help identify, contact, and manage partnerships that grow Madibu’s presence in fashion retail and media.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile wholesale prospects (boutiques, online retailers, resort shops, etc.)
  

• Research fashion stylists, PR agencies, and creative directors who align with Madibu’s aesthetic
  

• Draft and send pitch emails introducing Madibu Swim and upcoming collections
  

• Assist with sample coordination for stylists and editorial pulls
  

• Maintain a wholesale and PR contact tracker in Excel or Google Sheets
  

• Support the team in follow-ups and relationship management
  

• Help with brand decks, wholesale catalogs, and outreach materials
  

• Participate in weekly team meetings to report outreach progress
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Studying Public Relations, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications
  

• Professional and organized communicator
  

• Comfortable reaching out to stylists, buyers, and editors
  

• Interested in fashion, retail, and relationship building
  

• Strong writing and email etiquette skills
  

• Knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools is a plus
  
  

Commitment & Compensation

• 30-day unpaid internship, with potential to extend into a 90-day paid, part-time role (5-10 hours/week)
