Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA):
All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). After purchase, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and packing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Domestic deliveries typically take 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow up directly with USPS using your tracking number.
International Shipping:
We offer flat-rate international shipping ranging from $20-$40, depending on your destination. Shipping is handled via DHL Express or FedEx, and deliveries typically take 5-15 days. You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
Important Notes for International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply in their country. DHL/FedEx will collect these fees, and if not paid, the package may be refused, destroyed, or abandoned according to their policies.
If shipping costs are significantly higher due to a remote location, a team member will contact you to collect the additional shipping balance. Unclaimed, refused, or abandoned packages are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Madibu Swim is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and track your packages to your doorstep to ensure a safe delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Faulty Packages
At Madibu Swim, we strive to ensure all items meet the highest standards of quality. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@madibuswim.com or DM us on Instagram @withmadibu or @madibuswim. Be sure to include your order number and attach photos if possible. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Please note: Madibu Swim is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss during transit. We recommend monitoring your tracking number and ensuring your package is delivered safely to your doorstep.
Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and shipped according to the time frame specified in each product description. Shipment delays are not eligible for refunds. Please refrain from emailing for updates if your order was placed within the specified 3-5 day processing period or if the pre-order shipment instructions were not reviewed.

Express Shipping
If your item is ready for shipment and you'd like to upgrade to express shipping, please email us at info@madibuswim.com or DM us on Instagram @madibuswim or @madibuswim. All express shipments are sent via FEDEX, DHL, or USPS, and any additional charges will be invoiced via Shopify or PayPal. Some express shipping options may be available at checkout. If they are not, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Update or Change Contact Information
To update your contact details or email address for order tracking, please contact us at info@madibuswim.com or DM us on Instagram @withmadibu or @madibuswim. Include your purchase details and the updated contact information so we can ensure you receive the latest updates on your order.
Change Shipment
If you need to change the shipping details for your order, please contact us at info@madibuswim.com or DM us on Instagram @withmadibu or @madibuswim with your purchase details. Please note that if your order was placed more than 24 hours ago, we may have already processed or shipped it. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to arrange a new shipping label.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees or duties associated with changing the shipping label.
Shipping delay notice (Holidays or Hurricanes)
Please be aware that during holidays or hurricane season in Florida, USPS may experience delays of 1-3 days in package delivery. While this is uncommon, it can occur during these periods.
If you notice a delay message when tracking your package, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@madibuswim.com or check our Instagram stories for updates. In the event that your package is delayed due to a natural disaster or holiday, we will do our best to support you and may offer compensation for a future order with Madibu.
Return Policy
We accept returns on swimwear and clothing that are unworn, unused, and have the original liner intact. To qualify for a return, items must be free from damage and meet these conditions. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, and customers can choose between store credit or a size exchange if size is in stock.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@madibuswim.com. Our team will provide detailed instructions to guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or send you an exchange in your preferred size.
Please note that items purchased with store credit, as well as sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
