Q: Incorrect item/ Faulty item/ Item never got delivered

A: (INCORRECT/FAULTY) We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged/ or wrong items please email us at info@madibuswim.com or DM us on instagram @withmadibu @madibuswim with your order number and please attach photos if possible. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement/exchange for you!

A: (NEVER DELIVERED) If your item never got delivered or had troubles with customs please email info@madibuswim.com or DM us on instagram @withmadibu @madibuswim with as much information as possible/ order number/ full name/ shipping address. We will help you with this as soon as possible. Please note all shipping outside of the USA could take up to 15 days if customs/handling it takes a little longer.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination country. All orders are processed from Monday- Friday and customers are responsible for any extra imports/ duties.

Q: Care instructions/ Materials/ Sustainability questions:

A: For all questions regarding the materials, care for your pieces, and any sustainability questions- please find “INFORMATION” at the bottom of our website (madibuswim.com) and find our “CARE” & “MATERIALS” tab. It is important to our Madibu community that we bring awareness, details, and instructions/ education to the products + materials that you are purchasing and for the brand as a whole that you are choosing to support.

Q: PR or Collaboration opportunities. Are you interested in working with us or becoming a Madibu girl?

A: If you're interested in working with Madibu on any collaborations or PR related opportunities, please go under “Contact” and click on our “PR involvement” tab and fill out our google doc :) We highly welcome & encourage girls to fill out our google doc as it gives our team at Madibu a better opportunity to get to know you, rather than just sending us a DM. We are looking forward to chatting with you xx

Q: How long does it take for my item to ship after purchase?


A: After you make a purchase, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped. All orders are processed from Monday- Friday.


Q: How can I update/ change my contact information or shipping information for one of my most recent purchases with Madibu:

A: (UPDATE/CHANGE CONTACT) Please contact us at info@madibuswim.com or send us a DM on Instagram @withmadibu and @madibuswim with details on your purchase and an updated email/ contact information so you can track your purchase!

A: (CHANGE SHIPPING) Please contact us at info@madibuswim.com or send us a DM on Instagram @withmadibu @madibuswim with details on your purchase. Please note that if you have purchased your item over 24 hours, we might have already organized or shipped your purchase but we are happy to help you contact the shipping carrier to reorganize a new shipping label. Customers are in charge of any extra fees/ duties for a change in the shipping label.
